The energy body is tied to our emotional, mental, and physical experience. My energy work brings cohesion to all three. I specialize in a channeled form of energy work I have termed Somatic Channeling, which shares similarities to Pranic Healing, Spinal Energetics, Classical Tantra, Qigong, and more.

In a session, I cultivate a calm space starting with a light sound bath, then begin to work on your field. Through a specific methodology I have cultivated over years, I am able to sense blocks/knots in the field, and I am able to “unknot” them, sometimes creating somatic and emotional release. In this process I expand the chakras, add energy to depleted areas, or untie energetic knots, creating balance in the entire system. Often, stagnation in the energy field relates to emotional patterning, so the energy work I offer also aids in helping you undo your emotional blocks and conditioning.

As a channel, I also am able to channel messages from spirit, from higher dimensions, and from guides. In trance, I allow my body to become a vessel for messages that higher energies want you to hear.
