Earth Session (Tier One)

Service Description

During this hour, we begin with a discussion of what you're going through emotionally/energetically and set intentions. I will cultivate a calm, comfortable space and treat you to a light sound bath to help you deepen into the experience and relax into the parasympathetic system. When facilitating energy work, I allow my body to become a conduit for energy. As I work on you, I can feel, gently move, unblock and/or energize the subtle pathways and energetic centers. I focus on specific problem areas and begin the process of rebalancing the chakras. Much like an acupuncture session, this process cultivates deep relaxation and facilitates communication between the physical, energetic and emotional bodies. Because energy work conceives of the emotional, physical, and subtle bodies as one co-working unit, you may experience physical or emotional sensations when stagnant energy begins to move. Little to no touch is involved.
